Meet Dr. Rosen

I am a native New Yorker and live in Manhattan with my husband and son. l graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University, where I also earned a master’s degree in Nutrition. I attended medical school at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, completed residency training in General Psychiatry at Montefiore/Albert Einstein College of Medicine and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Northwell LIJ Hospital. I am board certified in Child, Adolescent and General Psychiatry.

I have additional training in the treatment of Tourette Disorder and offer CBIT (comprehensive behavioral intervention for tics), the first-line, non-medication treatment for tics. I have also received additional training in Women’s Mental Health through Massachusetts General Hospital and am an expert in prescribing medication during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

I previously served as director of the Pediatric Psychiatry Consultation/Liaison department at Woodhull Hospital, an affiliate of NYU. I taught pediatricians and psychologists, and provided psychiatric evaluations to children with severe psychiatric disorders and co-occuring medical illness. I have many years experience working with the most challenging cases, and draw upon this experience to offer outstanding care to my patients.
