Dr. Rosen is a Board Certified Psychiatrist who works with individual children, adolescents, adults & families and provides treatment using a variety of evidence based non-medication and medication interventions.

FEES AND INSURANCE
Payment for service is collected at the time of your appointment. If you are on a PPO plan, we are considered “out of network.”Dr. Rosen does not accept insurance directly as payment, but will assist you in obtaining reimbursement from your insurance.
If you wish to be reimbursed for your sessions, you will need to consult your insurance company to determine their policies regarding mental health benefits for out-of network providers. Dr. Rosen can provide a paper bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many patients with out of network benefits collect partial or full reimbursement.
