Psychodynamic therapy, or insight-oriented therapy, focuses on understanding how our past experiences and relationships influence our current behaviors. Dr. Rosen provides psychodynamic therapy for patients who are struggling with issues of identity, or trying to improve the quality of their relationships and create meaning in their lives. Psychodynamic psychotherapy is effective for the treatment of depression and anxiety, and is also a helpful therapy for people experiencing difficulty in friendships, dating or other relationships.
